- Fresh tofu skin: 100g

- Celery: 70g
- Coriander: 50g
- Shallot: 1
- Chili: ½
- Chili pepper: 1
- Thai plum sauce: 5 tablespoons
- Loving soy sauce: 5 tablespoons
- Brown sugar: 5 tablespoons
Steps to make tofu skin salad:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.
Clean and wash all the vegetables, drain. Next, we will cut the vegetables. Cut the cucumber and tomato lengthwise into four or six pieces, remove the seeds and then slice thinly. Crush the celery and coriander stems, cut into 3cm diagonal slices. Thinly slice the shallots. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers, cut into strips or diagonal slices, depending on you. Cut the chili peppers into small pieces.

Fresh tofu, we wash it a little bit, it has been cleaned, but I like to wash the ingredients myself when processing. After washing, I shake it to drain the water, cut it into small squares and fry it until golden brown.
Step 2: Mix the salad.
Mix the sauce.
- The recipe is 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3.5 tablespoons of Thai plum sauce, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2.5 tablespoons of lime juice. If you accidentally make a lot of toppings, I can double the sauce. If you want to add more saltiness or sweetness, everyone can adjust it.
- Mix the salad.
When everything is ready, with such a great sauce, let’s mix the salad. First, put the vegetables in a bowl, we need a large stainless steel bowl, so that when mixing the salad it won’t fall out, add 3 tablespoons of sauce and mix first to let the sauce soak in, then add the fried tofu skin, chili, mix well and add the remaining sauce. Do you know why I don’t put the fried tofu skin in first? To keep it crispy, that’s the secret of my Loving kitchen. Thai-style salad is typically spicy, so I add quite a bit of chili, if you can’t eat spicy food, just add a little chili.
Step 3: Decorate and eat.
With this colorful salad, I don’t have to bother adding or subtracting anything, just arrange it on a plate and you’ll have a beautiful salad.
I made this Thai-style tofu skin salad in less than 10 minutes, it’s crispy and fragrant, and it’s quite delicious to eat as a snack.
