“Everyone knows Ho Quynh Huong as a female artist loved by many for her voice, but few people know about the pressures of her work behind the stage. Those pressures make Huong’s life more stressful and easy to stress at any time. Huong has searched for many solutions to help herself feel more comfortable and reduce stress, until Huong noticed positive, good signs of changing her daily eating habits. That is when Huong completely gave up meat, fish, eggs, milk or foods of animal origin from her diet. During the first three years, Huong always persisted in using simple foods such as tofu, vegetables, nuts. Huong’s family and relatives were very worried about Huong’s health, which urged Huong to seek out nutritionists to better understand the pure plant-based diet, something that Huong lacked at that time. From there, Huong had the opportunity to learn and understand more clearly about the positive benefits of a plant-based diet. this pure plant-based life.

According to research, scientists have found more than 25,000 nutrients in foods of plant origin. Nutrients from plants help prevent diseases and maintain normal body function. Plant-based foods can be processed into many different types of rich foods, so Huong was determined to learn from nutritionists, then together created many attractive nutritious dishes from vegetables. After trying them, Huong’s relatives and friends all loved those dishes.

Up to now, Huong has experienced and maintained a vegan lifestyle for nearly 20 years. Huong always feels happy with life, her body is full of energy, she maintains her health and youthful figure. What makes Huong feel happiest is that her loved ones and close friends have seen the positive changes in her, everyone has supported and decided to switch to a pure plant-based diet. Now everyone is healthy, loves life and is happy, seeing that this is the right choice.
